The Eagles Nest was a full-service clubhouse facility at Eagle Rock Golf Club. It is no longer available for reunions, weddings and receptions, anniversary dinners, sports parties, business and corporate meetings, company picnics, and other events. Our goal was for you to have a wonderful time with your friends and associates and we will do everything possible to make your event special.

The large main room features a carpeted floor and hardwood dance floor. Seating is available at tables with chairs, pub tables with barstools, and at both levels of the main bar. Additional tables and chairs can be rented.
A deck with wrought iron tables and chairs overlooks the putting green and holes, #9, #10, and #18. A new pond with fountain is in the works near the deck.
A DJ booth, featuring a modern sound system, is available. There is no extra fee if we provide the DJ, who is familiar with our equipment. An extra deposit of $300 is required if you contract for your DJ and your DJ uses our equipment. The deposit is fully refundable after the event if there is no damage or loss to our booth or equipment. All DJs and KJs (Karaoke) are welcome to setup their own equipment. There is no extra deposit required when musicians and entertainers use their own equipment.
If you plan a reunion and have a CD of memories to show, we can work with you on the equipment.
An adjacent room to the main facility contains a pool table and can be made available at your selection. Many of our guests enjoy playing pool during events. Pool games are $1. The room also features arcade games.
You are welcome to bring in your own musicians.
We can help you arrange for Floral Services, Photographer/Videographer, DJ or KJ, Minister or JP, Cake, Catering, Decorating, Valet Parking, Musicians, and Entertainers (Clowns, etc.).
During all special events in the Eagles Nest, the clubhouse is closed to our golfing members and guests. At those times, golfers check in at the Pro Shop, which is the first door seen when driving toward the clubhouse.
WEDDINGS AND RECEPTIONS
For ceremonies, white chairs with covers featuring bows can be rented locally. Also available for rent is an arch, which can be decorated with tulle and flowers.
A bride's dressing room is adjacent to the main room.
Many brides enjoy a champagne fountain, chocolate fountain for strawberries. Both items can be rented locally for use at your special event.

SPORTS PARTIES, REUNIONS, AND OTHER EVENTS
For sports parties, the action can be seen on a very large screen on one end of the main room as well as on the television on the other end.
A top quality poker table with chips can be rented for entertainment.
A standard-sized pool table and arcade games are available in an adjacent area.
CATERING AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
You may provide your own catering or pot-luck food. The Eagles Nest is not responsible for food you bring. Please check with our Event Coordinator regarding plates, silverware, tablecloths, and fabric napkins, etc. We do not provide these, but they can be rented. You are welcome to bring your own items.
You also are welcome to bring your own soft drinks, tea, lemonade, etc. Soft drinks can be purchased from us for $1.00 for cans (Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Diet Coke), $1.50 for bottles (Coke and Diet Coke).
We have a large smoker-grill for rent, if you want to add BBQ, brisket, hamburgers, hotdogs, etc., to your menu.
Also available for rent is a salad bar with sneeze shield. You bring the salads or we can arrange for catering.
The Eagles Nest is a full-service bar, featuring a variety of liquors, wines, and beers. We can provide champagne, liquers, and cordials. Costs of alcoholic and other beverages and all food we provide is paid by deposit, with balance due on the day of the event. We do not allow alcohol to be brought into the club. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Eagles Nest. One individual must become a member of the club in order to rent and use facilities. Membership is free and simple application must be completed at the time room is rented. The application does NOT include credit check or background check.
We follow the Texas Alcoholic Beverage laws to the letter.
We can help you with catering for your buffet or sit-down meal.
FEES AND CONDITIONS
We require a contract.
Room rental is $300.00 payable in advance. This does not include cleanup charge. If host/hostess provides clean-up, there is no extra fee. If we must do any cleanup, an additional $50 is required.
Rental of additional chairs, arch, etc., is payable in advance.
Deposits may be required for additional services, with balance due on the day of the event. You will work with our Event Coordinator regarding these possibilities.
